this past saturday, we trotted around the street fair in encinitas for a bit. i was very pleasantly surprised to come across photographer maggie marsek's booth. her work is so organic...unlike most "photographers" these days, she doesn't use photoshop. her shots are all captured so beautifully. it was very refreshing to see photography like it's supposed to be... unaltered and raw. love her stuff. check her out.

brittany and i went to palm springs for easter weekend, and it was the best time! not only did we score the most amazing vintage finds at this random thrift store in beaumont, ca (will post photos later) but the weather was absolutely beautiful, and it really felt like a true vaca. who knew that there was such a cool place smack dab in the middle of the desert!?
